Very interested in mobile learning and associated pedagogical practice. We currently have 30 iPod touches for student use. While they are constantly being used, I want to investigate how they can be used for more than engagement and drill and practice.

Currently supporting the implementation of an iPod Touch trial in year 3 classes.
Eight of the devices are shared across 3 classrooms.  Each class is using the devices with a different learning focus (literacy, numeracy, unit work - science, RE, history).  Classes will rotate their focus each term.

This eResource was brought to life initially during a face-to-face meeting of the authors at the wonderful creative community space provided at The Edge, the State Library of Queensland's "digital culture centre". Development of the website continued via e-communication tools such as email and live conferences on Elluminate.  Images were shared at PhotoBucket and Video at VimeoGoogle docs was also used in developing collaborative texts.
